Event Management Service launch event
Friday 16 June 2017 at the Conference Centre
Our new Event Management Service will be launched on Friday 16 June, 1-2pm, at the Conference Centre.
Until now the Conference Centre has provided the venue and facilities such as catering, accommodation, and AV services, with the Conference Centre Sales Team supporting organisers with their logistical needs. The Event Management Service has been created to assist you in organising smooth-running and successful events at our venue, and the packages available reflect the different levels of involvement/support required.
Services offered range from a simple registration and badge-making package to fully managing large-scale events, as well as speaker and abstract management services.Our online abstract management service is also available as a stand-alone product, and can be used for events running anywhere in the world.
The launch event will comprise a short presentation followed by lunch in the exhibition space, offering you the opportunity to:
- see demos of how the registration and abstract management systems work
- see examples of websites we are able to create for the events we manage
- chat through the various packages and services available
