Finish off the year in style by celebrating Christmas with your colleagues at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre! Book a party and enjoy a delicious festive menu, complemented with your chosen drinks package.

Hinxton mulberry cured trout with horseradish crème fraîche & dill fermented cucumbers
Chicken & ham hock terrine with endive salad & truffle mayonnaise
Winter squash velouté with maple hazelnut crumble

Roast turkey with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, gravy & season vegetables
Slow roasted topside of beef with fondant potato, heritage carrots & crispy sprouts
Leek & brie pithivier with heritage carrots & chestnut purée

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy custard
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce & salted caramel sauce
Classic lemon tart with mascarpone sorbet & redcurrants

£60 per person

How it works

For smaller groups of up to 30, Christmas dining is served in the beautifully-decorated Pompeiian room, Green Room, or Library period rooms. Larger groups of up to 300 guests will be accommodated in the Dining Room.

Choose from the menu

Guests will be able to choose from two starters, two mains, and two desserts, pre-selected from the menu above by the event organiser. (Each of the starter and main selections will need to include a vegetarian option.)

Drinks Package

Choose a drinks package for your party from the following options:

• Package 1  – £21 per person – Two drinks on arrival (prosecco or sparkling elderflower) and half a bottle of wine with the meal
• Package 2 – £35 per person – As above plus two bar tokens (beer, wine, soft drink or single spirit and mixer)
• Upgrade either drinks package and swap prosecco for mulled wine – +£4 per person
• Bucket of beers (2 Toast IPA, 2 Brewdog IPA, 2 Peroni and 2 Guiness) – £42

Do you need accommodation?

We have excellent on-site accommodation available if you’d like to extend your event to include an overnight stay.
