Celebrate with your colleagues at Hinxton Hall
Hinxton Hall Conference Centre and its unique architecture and location is a great place to celebrate the year end with your colleagues.
Our venue is perfect for smaller groups of up to 30, for whom Christmas dining is served in our intimate and beautifully-decorated period rooms: Pompeiian room, Green Room, or Library.
We can also accommodate larger groups of up to 300 guests in the Dining Room, and our impressive Event Space is also available to hire at an extra cost.

Drinks
Drinks are added on, and you can choose from:
- Prosecco package – Two drinks on arrival (prosecco or sparkling elderflower) and half a bottle of wine with the meal
- Mulled wine package – Two drinks on arrival (mulled wine or non-alcoholic alternative) and half a bottle of wine with the meal
- Bucket of eight mixed beers (2 Peroni, 2 Brewdog IPA, 2 cider, and 2 Guiness)

How it works
Choose from the menu
For the served dinner, the organiser should collate guest responses, and let us know menu choices two weeks in advance.
Entertainment
We can organise a disco, or band, or look into other forms of entertainment you and your colleagues may enjoy.
Accommodation
We have excellent on-site accommodation available if you’d like to extend your event to include an overnight stay, and offer a reduced rate for Christmas party guests of £95 +VAT for B&B single occupancy, and £125 +VAT for double occupancy.
